Mission Statement
Founded in 2005 by former NBA player and Trenton native Greg Grant and Former Trenton Central High School Interim Principal and Current Daylight/Twilight Principal Hope Grant, the Teaching Hope, Changing Lives Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to high school seniors in the form of academic scholarships. In addition, the foundation provides community programs focused on furthering the educational, recreational development of children and their families.
Foundation Funding
The foundation relies on individual and corporate donations, as well as hosting special events, to fund the community and scholarship programs.
Scholarship
Teaching Hope, Changing Lives Foundation awards academic scholarship to students from Trenton Central High School. Students are selected based upon financial need, community service and academic achievement.

Scholarship Winners
Two $1,000.00 scholarships were awarded to students who excelled academically and athletically. One $1,000.00 scholarship was awarded to a student who displayed academic success.
